Add beef; blend gently. Shape mixture into six 1\/2-inch-thick patties. Transfer patties to small baking sheet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Caramelized Onions:<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Toss onions and next 3 ingredients in large skillet. Place skillet on grill; cook until onions are golden, stirring often, about <span class=\"cooked-timer\"><a data-timer-id=\"3379506764cfd0ce7ae71bc7b2584edc_1\" data-seconds=\"1500\" data-desc=\"25 minutes\"><i class=\"cooked-icon cooked-icon-clock\"><\/i> 25 minutes<\/a><\/span>. Transfer buns to work surface. Turn over; sprinkle with cheese. Place some onions, then burger, on each bun bottom. Top each with okra and watercress. Spread mayonnaise on cut side of bun tops; place on burgers.
